Great stay for short stay

Comfortable beds, nice pool, with a bar area that offers a welcome drink and free parking for guests, which made it easy for me to explore the area during my stay.

One thing was the price was a bit more than I'd like.

I thoroughly enjoyed the elegant décor and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby. The clean, well-lit hallways and easy accessibility made navigating the hotel a breeze, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests of all ages.

More coffee pods would be appreciated in the room.

Modern look and clean facilities made for a pleasant atmosphere. The pool offered a nice way to unwind after a long day, with a hot tub to help ease those aches from too much time on the road.

However, the hotel sits quite close to the highway, which can mislead you into thinking it’s just off the road. Be prepared to deal with some highway noise if you end up near it. Our view from the room wasn't exactly scenic, staring out at an industrial air conditioning unit instead of anything pleasant, and the unit ran all night, which leaves you tossing and turning. Also, no free breakfast is available, despite the expectation that accompanies these kinds of stays—there's only a pay-for buffet that didn’t impress.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful, clean hotel during my road trip. The pool provided fun for us, and the staff’s friendly service made check-in easy. A bit noisy from the freeway, but the experience overall was delightful.

I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The restaurant provided a $20 breakfast credit, and kids ate free off the kids menu. The pool was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. Staff were attentive and check-in was easy. Overall, it was very nice! 😊

Nice hotel with modern amenities and clean rooms. The restaurant downstairs offers fantastic food, but the freeway noise can be disruptive at night. No cooking classes available, just a golf course nearby.

The staff at the front desk were friendly, especially Ashley, who went out of her way to assist me. Johnny's Italian Steakhouse had fantastic food, and the service there was attentive, making for an enjoyable dining experience. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. When I checked out, the morning staff didn’t greet us or ask about our stay. It felt a bit indifferent compared to the warmth I received at check-in. Also, despite the hotel’s nice environment, I found the breakfast pricing to be misleading, with unexpected extra charges not clarified upfront. Addressing these issues would enhance the overall experience here.

The hotel is conveniently located near I-94, making access to local restaurants and stores easy. Decent option for a little getaway in Eau Claire with great value for the money. The Wifi was fast and reliable, which I appreciated for my work conference. Make sure to use GPS to find the parking lot as it can be tricky to access.
